The 25,200 deliveries completed represents the scope of our operations and the reliability that we provide with every shipment. With over a million miles covered, we’ve travelled vast distances to ensure businesses across 220 countries received the services they need.

These milestones reflect the strong partnerships we’ve built with our customers, the challenges we’ve successfully navigated, and our ongoing commitment to delivering efficient, tailored logistics solutions. 2. We Welcomed our New Website

This year marked a significant milestone as we launched our new website, a key step in enhancing how we connect with our customers and showcase the services we offer! The refreshed site offers a more user-friendly experience, with improved functionality and easy access to the information our customers need.

3. We Made More Environmentally Conscious Decisions

At Firstpoint Logistics, sustainability continues to be a key focus. We understand that the choices we make today have a lasting impact on our planet,.  With this in mind, we’ve taken significant steps this year to minimise our environmental footprint and actively contribute to a greener, more sustainable future.

Some of our key initiatives include:

· 718.22 tco2e avoided

· 50 projects funded 

Through these initiatives, we’re proud to be making a measurable difference! Our commitment to environmental responsibility continues to guide our journey towards becoming a more sustainable company. 4. We introduced advanced technology 

This year, we took another major step forward in our journey of innovation by introducing our Onepoint app! Onepoint was designed to streamline operations and ensure a seamless service delivery for our clients. Welcoming 3 new employees to the Firstpoint family has introduced fresh perspectives and expertise, strengthening our ability to deliver exceptional service to all our customers! Achieving 15 new accreditations, including ISO certifications, the Investors in People Gold accreditation, BIFA certifications, showcases our dedication to professional development and industry leading standards. These accomplishments highlight our ongoing focus on building a stronger, more capable team and delivering outstanding results for our clients.

 

 

6. Delivering for Our Community

At Firstpoint Logistics, giving back is at the heart of what we do! This year, we’ve proudly contributed to several impactful initiatives, working alongside incredible organisations to support our community and drive positive change. Here are some highlights:

· 5,000+ Sleep Pods distributed

· 1,000s of Christmas trees collected for St Peters Hospice

· Partnered with Community of Purpose’s Break Free Campaign
